We aim to ship all completed within 72 hours of them being received. At busy times, this may be extended.
Minimum Order Amount:
All orders are subject to a minimum order amount (excluding postage) of £10.
UK shipping is Free on all orders.
You will be kept informed at each stage as to when your parcel is dispatched.
UK orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, or courier, depending on size and weight. Orders under 2kg are typically shipped by Royal Mail, although this may vary due to operational needs.
We ship to almost every country in the world. If your country isn’t in our list, please let us know. For all overseas orders, when required, we will complete a customs declaration. The items are marked as ‘chocolate’ or ‘candy’ and the value inserted. We will not amend, change or adjust this in any way,
Every care is taken to ensure that your chocolate arrives with you in the best possible condition. However, please be aware that chocolate is affected by temperature, and we have no control of the product once it leaves our warehouse. It is highly recommended that if you live in a hot country, that the parcels are collected as soon as possible, and are not left in direct sunlight.
Free postage is currently set for all UK order.
All other countries are charged for on a sliding scale, and free when the basket value is £50 or greater. Postage is calculated at checkout.
Postage cost is calculated by the total weight of the cart. There are stages of increments, as shown below. This postage cost is calculated automatically by the cart software. There are different prices for UK, Europe, Royal Mail Zone 1 and Royal Mail Zone 2. Further details of these zones can be seen here https://www.royalmail.com/international-zones
The weights of parcels are:
Up to 100g
101g to 250g
251g to 500g
501g to 750g
751g to 1kg
1001g to 1.25kg
1251g to 1.75kg
1751g to 2kg
Returns and cancelled orders:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of their arrival, as long as the product is in it original, dispatched condition.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, you must let us know ASAP. If it has been dispatched, we ask that you return it to us unopened. We will then process a refund for the order.
Product defect or substandard quantity must be returned to us for inspection.
